I went to get my stitches out last Friday. Only two of them were ready to come out. The doctor left six of them in for the weekend. I went again yesterday to get the rest out. The surface skin is still not healed. It looks like it is just going to fall off like a scab but underneath it is healing nicely. Luckily there was no tendon or nerve damage. It will just be a nasty scar. A definite reminder to always cut with a sharp blade!

I just wanted to say that whoever jed is cracked me up. I had a good laugh at that one. And of course, now I can't look at that photo without thinking "booger". So thanks for that visual. :)
